Parti: au 1er d’azur à la crosse d’or, au livre ouvert d’argent brochant sur le tout, au 2e d’azur semé de croisettes d’argent, au lion du même, lampassé et couronné d’or, brochant sur le tout.
Origin/meaning
The arms combine the arms of the former rulers of the village. The crosier and the book are the symbols of the St. Avold Abbey, the lion is the arms of the Counts of Nassau-Saarbrücken.
