Arms of Tårnby

Origin/meaning

The arms were registered in 1952.

The arms show a canting tower (Tårn) and symbolise the medieval tower in the town, which is now a ruin. The two bells symbolise the two parishes in the municipality, Kastrup and Tårnby.
