De gules, una torre de oro, acompañada a la diestra de una Cruz de San Juan de plata y a la siniestra de una flor de lis de oro. Bordura de azur cargada de la leyenda "MUY NOBLE Y FIDELISIMA VILLA DE LA ALMUNIA DE Dª GODINA". El escudo va timbrado con la corona real española.
