D’oro, alla effige di Sant’Andrea Apostolo, in maestà, con il viso, i polsi, le mani, i piedi di carnagione, i piedi calzati con sandali di cuoio naturale, il Santo aureolato d’oro, capelluto e barbuto di nero, con la tunica di verde e con il manto rosso bordato d’oro, tenente con la mano destra la croce decussata, di nero, il polso destro munito di nastro rosso con due pesci d’oro, posti in palo, uniti al nastro; tenente con la mano sinistra il libro d’oro con il dorso visibile, la parte inferiore della effige e la parte inferiore della croce attraversanti sulla campagna di azzurro. Ornamenti esteriori da Comune.
