5TH CAVALRY REGIMENT SCANIAN HUSSAR REGIMENT, SWEDISH ARMY
Raised : 1658, known of different names until it recieved its final name in 1807
In 1928 amalgamated with the Scanian Dragoon Regiment and the Crown Prince's Hussar Regiment to form the Scanian Cavalry Regiment
Garrison : Hälsingborg (main part), Landskrona (three Squadrons) and Uppsala (two Squadrons)

Standarduken är gul och prydd på ena sidan emd ett rött avslitet griphuvud med krona och på den andra med Oscar II:s krönta namnchiffer samt datum 20/6 1885.
Origin/meaning
The last Regimental Standard was presented on 20 June 1885 by HM King Oscar II.
