Escudo de ouro, quatro arruelas de negro alinhadas em faixa; em chefe, flor-de-lis de azul, entre dois ramos de pinheiro de verde, com pinhas de vermelho; campanha ondada de azul e prata de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE PAMPILHOSA DA SERRA “.
