History: Raised at Netheravon on 4 February 1915.
Official blazon
A fox's mask proper.
Motto: Leads the field.
Origin/meaning
The Fox's mask symbolise the Fairey Fox Aircraft for which the Squadron etablished a good reputation. The Badge was granted by King George VI in February 1937.
