I fält av silver en blå, genomgående bro i ett spann och däröver en blå fläkt kråka, med beväring av guld, därest dylik skall komma till användning.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1947.

The crow is taken from the old 17th century seal of the Kramfors parish. The bridge refers to the bridge over the Ångermanälven river.
