Description: A Silver metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Argent, between a chevron per chevron embattled Vert and Gules four roundels engrailed of eight three in chief one and two and one in base Tenné each charged with an annulet Or. Attached below the shield is a Silver scroll inscribed "THE COMMANDING VOICE" in Black letters
