Origin/meaning
The arms as used in the first quarter are those of the armigers father. Inspired by the family estate. Most importantly the white rose on the green roundel is representative of a white heirloom rose bush that was brought to America by the Armiger's grandmother from England. The chief azure over the field or is the sky over their fields. The acorn sprigs in chief represent knowledge, the Holy Trinity, and the oaks that grow in the woods on the Armiger's estate. The second and fourth quarters are the arms of the Armiger's maternal grandfather, the inspiration being their naval background represented in the barrlets(waves) as well as their background as a hunter(hounds heads erased). The Armiger is also a clansman of clan Robertson, as the arms reflect the arms of the chief as is tradition.
