Escudo de ouro, serra de vermelho, realçada de negro, posta em pala; em chefe, dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhados de verde e, em campanha, monte de dois cômoros, de verde moventes da ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ GRIJÓ – MACEDO DE CAVALEIROS “.

The arms were officially granted on January 26, 2005.
