Escudo de prata, dois ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro, com os pés passados em aspa, entre um alfange e um gládio de azul, realçados de ouro e passados em aspa, em chefe e um monte de dois cômoros de negro, realçados de prata, movente da ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " FREGUESIA DE PENAMACOR ".
