Escudo de verde, duas chaves, uma de ouro e outra de prata passadas em aspa e atadas de prata, entre quatro torres de prata, lavradas de negro, abertas e iluminadas de vermelho, postas nos cantões. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE TAROUCA “.
