Origin/meaning
It shows the Coat of Arms of Paris with Legion of Honour (awarded the Brigade on 14 July 1902) and Firefighters insignia.
The Fire Brigade of Paris (Brigade des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Paris) is part of the French Army's Corps of Engineers and commanded by an Army General.
