Origin/meaning
The Castle symbolises the connection to the Brigade "Guzmán el Bueno" X. The Sword indicates St King Fernando, Patron of the Engineers. The Chain symbolises the mechanizated character of the Battalion. The Coat of Arms was approved on 5 Juni 2009.
