BONINGEN
Canton : Solothurn
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on May 3, 1941.
The meaning or origin of these arms I don't know. They were already used on the seal of the village in 1819. The village also used the stick and rudder as arms prior to 1941, but in undefined colours. The colours are derived from the arms of the Canton.
