Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on March 13, 1953.
The arms symbolise the battle which took place near the village in 992. The arrow symbolises the battle as such, whereas the chief shows the ermine of Bretagne, as in the battle Conan I, Duke of Bretagne was killed.
