Shoulder Sleeve Insignia. Description: A circular insignia 2 13/16 inches (7.14 cm) in diameter overall, consisting of a scarlet disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, on which is the head of a black bull terrier affronté garbed in spike collar, couped at the collar, detailed scarlet.

Shoulder Loop Insignia. Description: A gold color metal and enamel insignia 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a gold eagle with wings displayed, holding a bundle of arrows above a blue enamel motto scroll inscribed “HONOR VALOR FIDELITY” in gold letters, partially encircling a gold escallop bearing a representation of the seal of the City of Tampa, Florida (a disc with a gold frigate on green enamel water against a light blue enamel sky; across the lower part a gold band inscribed “MASCOTTE” in blue enamel letters).
