- (ru) В лазоревом поле серебряный Архангел Михаил, держащий в правой руке светоносный меч, опирающийся левой рукой на варяжский щит, обремененный червленым крестом и попирающий дракона. Во главе золотое укрепление с пятью бастионами, заполненное червленью, внутри его ключ и обращенный вниз меч того же металла. Щит увенчан короной установленного образца'.
