Arms : Per fess azure and sable, on a fess wavy argent a bar wavy azure, in chief a Stafford knot Or between two flames proper, and in base a blacksmith's hammer erect Or.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, In front of flames proper, two cog-wheels engaged sable, voided argent, upon each an ermine spot.
Supporters: On the dexter side a Hereford Bull proper, and on the sinister side a male figure in Tudor dress, a sheaf of.arrows at his back and holding in the exterior hand a longbow stringed proper, the whole upon a grassy mount and thereon two pears proper.
Motto: E terra marique vis
