State : Rheinland-Pfalz
District (Kreis) : Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm (until 1969 Prüm)
Verbandsgemeinde : Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld

Wappen von Lützkampen
Official blazon
German

In neunmal von Silber und Blau geteiltem Schilde ein goldener Keil, darin ein gestürztes blaues Schwert mit schwarzem Knauf schwarzer Parierstange.

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 15, 1970.

The bars are taken from the arms of the Duchy of Luxembourg, to which the area historically belonged. The point with the sword refers to the local patron saint, St. Martin of Tours, who cut his cloak to give it to a beggar.
