Motto: Praesidio Viribus.
Origin/meaning
The badge represents the separate functions of engineering, logistics, military police, health care and vehicle and equipment maintenance joined together to support operations anywhere on the globe. The maple leaf symbolizes that this is a Canadian unit. The meaning of the Motto is "Supporting the Forces".
The badge was approved by the Canadian Heraldic Authority on March 1, 2002.
