Official blazon
English Barry wavy of ten white and blue; an eagle dispalyed red armed and langued blue in dexter claw a key gold and in sinister a key silver wards uppermost and outward.

Origin/meaning

The 12th Centry Seat of the Bishops of Winchester until 1925. The Eagle is from the Arms of Bishop de Blois (1129-1171). The Keys are from the Arms of the See of Winchester. The Badge was approved in 1953.
