Argent, the letters Chi-Rho in pale Or upon a cross azure; a mullet of the third in the canton.
Origin/meaning
The Chi-Rho upon a cross alludes to the name of the Cathedral, the Star symbolizes Texas. The Whole is also baed on the arms of the Diocese of Texas which it serves as Cathedral. Designed by Canon Edward Nason West of the Cathedral of St John the Devine, New York. Literature:
