BISKUPICE (WIELICZKA)

Province: Małopolska
County: Wieliczka

Arms of Biskupice (Wieliczka)
Official blazon
Polish blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 2003.

The arms show the patron saint of the church in Biskupice, St. Martin of Tours. As he was a bishop, it also makes the arms canting. The crossed keys are the symbol for St. Peter, one of the patron saints of the church in Bodzanów and the cross refers to the Holy Cross church in Łazany.
