731ST AIR MOBILITY SQUADRON, US AIR FORCE

History: Constituted 611 Military Airlift Support Squadron on 18 March 1969. Activated on 8 April 1969. Inactivated on 1 January 1986. Consolidated (3 March 1987) with the 611 Military Airlift Support Group which was established on 8 November 1985. Activated on 1 January 1986. Redesignated: 611 Airlift Support Squadron on 1 June 1992; 631 Air Mobility Support Squadron on 1 July 1994; 731 Air Mobility Squadron on 15 March 2001.
