En campo de gules, una torre de oro, mazonada de sable y aclarada de azur, flanqueada a diestra de un báculo de oro puesto en palo con la empuñadura hacia adentro y a su siniestra, de rueda de madera, de ocho radios, fileteada de oro; la punta con nueve ondas de plata y azur. Al timbre, Corona Real cerrada.
