English Blue; a bell white charged with a hurt theron a mullet also white.

Origin/meaning

A Town in Lancashire and also in New York State. The Design is a pun on the Name. It was a Lend/Lease Destroyer from the USA hence the US Military Star. The Badge was approved in 1941.
