English | White; a four-leafed shamrock between two three-leaved shamrocks all proper issuant from two bars wavy gold and blue in base. Motto: Fortuna favebit |
Origin/meaning
A River in Ireland. The Motto translates as "Fortune shall favour me". The Badge was approved in 1927.
