Official blazon
An oval shaped device edged with an 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, the overall dimensions 3 1/16 inches (7.78 cm) in height and 2 7/8 inches (7.30 cm) in width, consisting of an inner black oval on which is a yellow eagle poised with wings elevated detailed black; around the black oval, a yellow band inscribed “AIRPORT” at the top and “HIGH SCHOOL” around the base in black letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.
Origin/meaning
Yellow and black are the school colors. The eagle is the mascot of the school. The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 9 November 1982
