History: Constituted as 436 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 21 August 1992. Activated on 1 October 1992. Redesignated: 436 Aeromedical-Dental Squadron on 29 August 2000; 436 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 31 July 2007.
