Di azzurro, al dio Nettuno, ignudo, di carnagione, capelluto e barbuto di nero, posto parzialmente in profilo, la testa e il tronco in maestà, la gamba sinistra protesa verso il lembo destro, assiso sul terreno scosceso di verde, uscente dal lembo sinistro, desinente in fascia e unito al lembo destro, il dio Nettuno con la mano destra afferrante il tridente di nero, posto a destra in banda alzata e poggiato sul piede destro, e con la mano sinistra indicante la massa d'acqua, di argento, fluttuosa di azzurro, fondata in punta e uscente dai lembi, fluente dalla cavità rotondeggiante, colma d'acqua, dello stesso, posta a sinistra sotto il terreno scosceso.
