Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on April 23, 1990.
The arms take up the arms of medieval landowners of the Aflenzer family. These were augmented by apples to symbolise that Albersdorf-Prebuch is part of the Oststeirische Apfelstraße (route of apples, an organization of villages in Eastern Styria, where fruit growing plays an important part in local economy).
