NO 792 SQUADRON, FAA

History: Frist formed in 1940 at Royal Naval Air Station St Merry (HMS Curlew), Cornwall as a Target Towing Unit until 1945. Reformed as a Night Fighter Training Unit 1948-1950 with Fairey Fireflies and Arvo Ansons. Reformed in 2001 from the Fleet Traget Group.
