English | White; a lion rampant reguardant holding in his dexter paw a palm branch embowed proper. Motto:Palam qui meruit ferat. |
Origin/meaning
From the arms of Vice Admrial Viscount Nelson, KB (1758-1805). The Motto translates as "Let him bear the palm who has deserved it". The badge was approved in 1923.
