Parti d'or et de gueules à l'écusson posé en cœur, d'azur chargé d'un M majuscule à l'antique d’or et couronné de même, accolé d'une palme et d’une gerbe d'épis de blé, passés en sautoir vers le bas, de sinople sur or et d’or sur gueules; au chef parti de gueules et d'or chargé d'un lion léopardé de l'un en l'autre, la patte dextre de devant percée d'une épine d'argent. L' écu est posé sur une crosse, ornée dans sa volute d'une Croix de Toulouse. Le chapeau a trois rangs de houppes surmonte le foui.
