The arms were adopted on April 3, 1992.

The first and fourth quarter show three weasels, taken from the arms of the Desandrouin family. In 1790 Fran&ccedil;ois-Joseph Desandrouin founded a local glass factory, which was continued by the family afterwards. It thus had a large impact on the development of the village. <br/>The black lion in the second and third quarter is taken from the arms of the Lords of Fiennes and is the old arms used by the Hardinghen Estate.
