The lion in chief and the golden and black colours are taken from the old arms of the Pays de Léon region in which the village is situated. The lion is canting for Leon. The three ermine tails are a symbol for Bretagne (Brittany). | |||

Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on October 27, 1989.
The T-shape in the shield symbolises the initial of the village and municipality. The lion in chief and the golden and black colours are taken from the old arms of the Pays de Léon region in which the village is situated. The lion is canting for Leon. The three ermine tails are a symbol for Bretagne (Brittany).
