Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on October 4, 2007.
The Dacian flag in chief symbolizes the existence in the area of a Dacian fortress - Piatra Craivei.
Bunches of grapes signify the viticultural richness of the area.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
