În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află un buchet de spice de grâu de aur, iar în șef patru bezanți de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află o roată de moară în mișcare, cu scoc, pe o apă curgătoare. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
