Escudo de ouro, barra ondada de azul e prata de três tiras, acompanhada de um ramo de pinheiro de verde, frutado de vermelho e de roda dentada de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ PALMAZ “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 24, 2002.
The arms show a pine branch for the pine forests in the municipality. The base shows a cogwheel, symbolising industry. The wavy bend symbolises the Rio Caima river.
