În partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, se află un snop de spice, de aur, plasat în pal. În partea stângă, în câmp albastru, se află un pește de argint, plasat în bandă, ieșind dintr-o undă de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
