District/county (județ) : Dâmbovița

Stema Doicești

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on September 12, 2012.

The bust of Constantin Brâncoveanu reminds of the presence of the ruler and his foundations on the territory of the locality.

The cross symbolizes the church "The Nativity of the Mother of God", founded in 1706 in Brancoveanu style.

The wavy bar represents the Ialomița river.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
