Un scut tăiat; în partea superioară, pe fond albastru, o construcție impunătoare de argint. Partea inferioară, despicată, cuprinde în dreapta, pe fond de aur, un corb negru care ține în cioc un inel de aur cu o piatră roșie și care stă pe o crenguță verde de stejar, având două frunze și două ghinde; în stânga, pe fond roșu, vasul specific pentru metalurgie, de aur, în poziție de curgere a metalului, și trei stele din același metal. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din șapte turnuri crenelate.

The arms were officially granted on September 30, 1998.
