În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află o fântână cu cumpănă, de argint. În partea inferioară, în câmp albastru, se află un teasc. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

The arms were officially granted on July 28, 2005.
