MICEȘTI

District/county (județ) : Argeș

Stema Micești

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 6, 2014.

Apples symbolize one of the basic occupations of the inhabitants, fruit growing, and their number indicates the number of component villages of the municipality.

The mural bar, formed by 3 rows of bricks, evokes the Roman camp, which was located on the right bank of the Doamnei river.

The wavy bar represents the river Doamnei that crosses the locality.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
