PIETRARI
District/county (județ) : Dâmbovița
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 20, 2013.
Apples symbolize the fruit richness of the area, and their number refers to the number of component villages of the locality.
The wavy bar represents the Râul Alb brook and the Strâmba brook, which cross the locality.
The millstone (piatră) gives the name of the locality and represents an older occupation of the inhabitants from the 17th century, "the mines that cut millstones".
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
