NUCI

District/county (județ) : Ilfov

Stema Nuci

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 4, 2007.

The tree symbolizes the old Forest of Vlasia.

The walnuts are a canting element (the name means wlnuts), and, in Greek mythology, represent the fruit of knowledge.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
