Incorporated into : 1882 Arisdorf

Wappen von Olsberg (Basel-Landschaft)/Arms (crest) of Olsberg (Basel-Landschaft)

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 1, 1947.

The upper half is derived from the chequered bend of the Cistercian Order and symbolises the Olsberg Convent, around which the village developed. The lower half shows the Violenbach stream that runs through the municipality.
