Official blazon
Arms: Per fess Gules, chape Or and Vert a Key in fess wards to the dexter and downward Gold between in chief two Billets palewise Argent and in base three Bezants two and one.
Crest: upon a helm with a Wreath Or and Gules, On a Mount Vert between two Surveyors' Ranging Rods palewise a Willow Tree proper.
Motto: Hic et Ubique
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted in 1979
The design refers to the various aspects of the surveyors. The twin windows set in the gable of a house and the green base represent residential property and land. The bezants signify the firm's functions as valuers and the ranging rods are the surveyor's constant companions. The key is that of a chamberlain - the manager of a household - and with the willow of the crest is neat reference to the partnership.
The motto means "here and everywhere".
